Chosen Hands Studio- Cancellation & No-Show Policy 2026 Thank you for allowing me to serve you! To protect appointment availability and respect everyone's time, please review the updated scheduling policy below. Online Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule online through the booking system. Regular Services: - 24 hours or more before your appointment-No fee Color\Chemical\ Specialty Services - 48 hours or more before your appointment- No fee Late Cancellation: If a cancellation happens after the allowed window: -Regular services -50% of the scheduled service price. -Color \ Chemical services-50% of the scheduled service price. No Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice: -50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Card on File\Deposits A card on file or deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. Your card is only charged in case of a late cancellation or no-show.
